Yes! Apart from laminating with the glue, there are other lamination methods such as ultrasonic technique or high-frequency technique. In addition, materials like PP, PE, TPU, etc., can be self-adhesive through hot-melt too.
There are various types of glue such as water based glue, oil based glue, hot melt adhesive, PUR adhesive, hot melt film etc.The suitable glue for the products is based on the material conditions and the environment of use.

The standard cutting machine is about 45-60 working days, customized laminating machine/slitting machine is about 60-75 working days, automatic laminating machine is about 75-90 working days. The actual delivery time will be based on the production schedule.
Each adhesive has its own suitable lamination temperature. Take an example for TPU film, there are high temperature films which can withstand 200 degrees and low temperature polyester films that can self-adhesive at 120 degrees.
Yessing's lamination machine is equipped with SCR electric heating control system to achieve the temperature average heat and high-quality lamination!
